The Steelers Should Sign Free Agent Brock Lesnar to a One-Year Deal

By Austin Shaw
Brock Lesnar has recently become a free agent. His contract with the WWE expired this week and it appears that there is no future deal in place. For those of you who don’t know, Brock Lesnar has nearly everything conquered the sports world. He won an NCAA D1 Wrestling Championship at the University of Minnesota, won the UFC World Heavyweight Championship in his fourth professional fight and both WWE/Universal Championships. So what’s next for Brock Lesnar? How about a one year contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Brock Lesnar sure would look good in black and gold. I know you’re probably thinking I’m crazy right now, but hear me out.

What else does Brock have left to do? He conquered the UFC and WWE (twice). Why not conquer the NFL? The only thing Lensar has ever failed to do in his life was make an NFL roster. He was the LAST cut from the Minnesota Vikings in 2004. I think it’s time for Brock to head back to the NFL and chase a Super Bowl ring.

Imagine, TJ Watt on one end and Brock Lesnar on the other. The pass rush would be unstoppable. The Steelers couldn’t get J.J. so the next best thing is undoubtedly Brock Lesnar.

Oh and speaking of J.J.’s… there are rumors Brock wants to go to the UFC and fight Jon Jones. Why would Brock waste his time there? Been there, done that. He would conquer Jon Jones in a heavyweight fight. That bum Jon Jones is washed up. Plus, there’s only like a 30% chance he would even make it to the cage. He’d either fail a taste, get arrested or cheat in some other way like he always does.

Logically, the NFL and the Steelers are the best option for Lesnar. He is always looking to conquer new things. The NFL is next. Imagine Brock getting a sack right after renegade plays and just standing up and screaming “COMON! Who is the f****** man?!” If the Steelers and Big Ben want to win one more they need to jump on “The Beast” Brock Lesnar, right now.

Eat, Sleep, Conquer the NFL, Repeat.
Here We Go!
COMON.
