The MLB trade deadline is one of the most exciting days for baseball fans. It could be the day that your team gets the final pieces to make a championship run or trades away the franchise player preparing for a rebuild. For Pirate fans, it is a love-hate relationship with July 31st. The day has seen players traded to Pittsburgh to become fan favorites or players who grew up in Pittsburgh leave for a winning team.
